DIRECTIONS: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) as needed, up to 4 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. May be taken directly, stirred into warm water or tea, or drizzled over food.

CAUTIONS: Not for use in children under 1 year of age due to raw honey (risk of infant botulism). Consult your healthcare provider before using if you have a medical condition, or are taking medication. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dark place.

"This little gem located on Jamaica Ave is a must go to store. Such a variety of selections for any and every type of ailment you may be experiencing. The clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the shop. Variety of spiritual items as well as herbs, tinctures, incense, powders, books, crystals, etc. Most herbs are sold by ounces. So far this is the only herb shop that had goldenseal left. Due to allergy season, it's kind of hard to find. Love this store. I will be going back very soon."
