Nettle Leaf, Oatstraw, Red Clover Blossoms, Horsetail, Alfalfa Leaf, Peppermint

INSTRUCTIONS
Use 2-3 teaspoons of tea blend per cup of hot water. Steep covered for 20-30 minutes for maximum mineral extraction. Strain well. Can be served warm or cold. Sweeten with honey if desired for children ages 1 and older. Ages 2-5 drink one-quarter to one-half cup 1-2 times daily. Ages 6-12 drink one-half to 1 cup 1-2 times daily. Ages 12 and older drink 1-2 cups daily. Best served daily as a nutritional tonic especially during growth spurts.

CAUTION
Generally very safe for children. Horsetail should not be used long-term so use for 3-4 weeks then take 1 week break before resuming. Store dried blend in airtight container away from light. Use within 6-12 months. Consult healthcare provider before use.

The clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the shop. Variety of spiritual items as well as herbs, tinctures, incense, powders, books, crystals, etc. Most herbs are sold by ounces. So far this is the only herb shop that had goldenseal left. Due to allergy season, it's kind of hard to find. Love this store. I will be going back very soon."
