Supplement Facts Serving Size: 1-2 tablespoons (approximately 5-10g) Servings Per Container: Approximately 11-22

Ingredients: Red Clover flower, Burdock root, Nettle leaf, Cleavers aerial parts, Yellow Dock root, Dandelion root, Wormwood aerial parts, Black Walnut hull, Neem leaf, Pau d’Arco bark, Oregano leaf, Calendula flower, Chickweed aerial parts, Plantain leaf, Red Root, Sarsaparilla root, Turmeric root, Ginger root, Licorice root, Milk Thistle seed, Oregon Grape root.

Directions for Use: Decoction method: Add 1-2 tablespoons of blend to 4 cups of water. Simmer roots for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, add remaining herbs, steep covered for 15-20 minutes. Strain well. Drink 3-4 cups daily. Can be consumed warm or cold. Store prepared tea in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Suggested Duration: Use for 4-6 weeks. May be used longer with breaks.

Cautions: Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult healthcare provider before use if taking medications or have liver disease, autoimmune conditions, high blood pressure, or hormone-sensitive conditions. Wormwood not for use over 4 weeks or by those with seizure disorders. Red Clover and Licorice may have hormonal effects. May interact with blood thinners and hormone therapies. Initial detoxification may temporarily worsen skin conditions. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage: Store in cool, dry place. Keep container tightly sealed.

"This little gem located on Jamaica Ave is a must go to store. Such a variety of selections for any and every type of ailment you may be experiencing. The clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the shop. Variety of spiritual items as well as herbs, tinctures, incense, powders, books, crystals, etc. Most herbs are sold by ounces. So far this is the only herb shop that had goldenseal left. Due to allergy season, it's kind of hard to find. Love this store. I will be going back very soon."
