Ingredients: Burdock Root, Red Clover, Nettles, Calendula, Cleavers, Yellow Dock, Oregon Grape Root, Chickweed

Instructions: Decoct roots in simmering water for fifteen minutes. Remove from heat and add leaves and flowers. Steep additional ten minutes. Strain thoroughly. Drink three cups daily for best skin clearing results.

Cautions: May have mild laxative effect. Start slowly to assess tolerance. Yellow Dock contains compounds that may affect iron absorption. Avoid if pregnant or nursing. May interact with medications. Consult healthcare provider if taking prescription drugs.

"This little gem located on Jamaica Ave is a must go to store. Such a variety of selections for any and every type of ailment you may be experiencing. The clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the shop. Variety of spiritual items as well as herbs, tinctures, incense, powders, books, crystals, etc. Most herbs are sold by ounces. So far this is the only herb shop that had goldenseal left. Due to allergy season, it's kind of hard to find. Love this store. I will be going back very soon."
