INGREDIENTS
Mullein Leaf, Thyme, Marshmallow Root, Plantain Leaf, Licorice Root, Elecampane Root

PREPARATION:

Use 2 tsp blend per cup hot water
Steep 20 minutes (longer for roots)
Strain well, sweeten if needed

DOSAGE (TEA)
Ages 1-4: 2-3 Tosp, 4-5 times daily Ages 5-12: ¼-½ cup, 4-5 times daily Ages 12+: ½-1 cup, 4-5 times daily

CAUTION
Store blend in airtight container in cool, dark place. Use within 6-12 months. If child has severe wheezing, rapid breathing, difficulty breathing, or retractions (chest pulling in), seek immediate medical care. This is not for emergency asthma treatment. Consult healthcare provider before use.

"This little gem located on Jamaica Ave is a must go to store. Such a variety of selections for any and every type of ailment you may be experiencing. The clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the shop. Variety of spiritual items as well as herbs, tinctures, incense, powders, books, crystals, etc. Most herbs are sold by ounces. So far this is the only herb shop that had goldenseal left. Due to allergy season, it's kind of hard to find. Love this store. I will be going back very soon."
