INGREDIENTS
Activated Charcoal trom Coconut Shell (400mg), Milk Ihistle Extract (200mg) Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) (500 mg (556% DV)), Ginger Root Powder (200mg), Turmeric Root Extract (200mg), and Black Pepper Extract (5mg).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Adults: Mix 1 teaspoon in 8 oz of water, juice, or smoothie. Stir well. Take 2-3 times dally, preterably between meals, Important: lake 2 hours betore/atter medications, supplements, and antiparasitic herbs. Drink plenty of water throughout the day (at least 8-10 glasses daily). Use throughout cleansing protocol or as needed for detox support.

"This little gem located on Jamaica Ave is a must go to store. Such a variety of selections for any and every type of ailment you may be experiencing. The clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the shop. Variety of spiritual items as well as herbs, tinctures, incense, powders, books, crystals, etc. Most herbs are sold by ounces. So far this is the only herb shop that had goldenseal left.
