Ingredients: Willow Bark, Passionflower herb, Kava Kava root, Lobelia herb, Valerian root, Skullcap herb, Alcohol.

Instructions: Combine herbs in quart jar. Cover with vodka or brandy (2:1 liquid to herbs). Seal, store in dark place 4-6 weeks, shaking daily. Strain. Take 30-60 drops in water 2-3 times daily. For topical use: Apply 10-15 drops to neck, massage gently.

Cautions: Contains alcohol. May cause drowsiness; do not drive or operate machinery. Not for use if pregnant or nursing. Kava associated with liver concerns; do not use over 4 weeks. Do not combine with alcohol or sedatives. Willow Bark not for those sensitive to aspirin. Discontinue 2 weeks before surgery. Consult physician before use. Keep out of reach of children.

"This little gem located on Jamaica Ave is a must go to store. Such a variety of selections for any and every type of ailment you may be experiencing. The clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the shop. Variety of spiritual items as well as herbs, tinctures, incense, powders, books, crystals, etc. Most herbs are sold by ounces. So far this is the only herb shop that had goldenseal left. Due to allergy season, it's kind of hard to find. Love this store. I will be going back very soon."
