Ingredients
This liquid extract contains Motherwort herb (Leonurus cardiaca) extracted in a base of distilled water and organic grain alcohol (approximately 40-50% alcohol by volume). The herb to menstruum ratio is typically 1:5, providing concentrated herbal benefits in each serving.

Instructions for Use
Shake well before each use. Take 30 to 60 drops (approximately one to two dropperfuls) in a small amount of water or juice, two to three times daily between meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. The tincture can be held under the tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing for enhanced absorption. Start with a lower dose and gradually increase as needed.

Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, as motherwort has traditionally been used to stimulate menstruation and is not recommended during pregnancy. "This little gem located on Jamaica Ave is a must go to store. Such a variety of selections for any and every type of ailment you may be experiencing. The clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the shop. Variety of spiritual items as well as herbs, tinctures, incense, powders, books, crystals, etc. Most herbs are sold by ounces. So far this is the only herb shop that had goldenseal left. Due to allergy season, it's kind of hard to find. Love this store. I will be going back very soon."
