Ingredients: Vitex Chasteberry, Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Licorice Root, Peony Root, Rehmannia, Schisandra Berry, Holy Basil Tulsi

Instructions: Decoct roots in simmering water for twenty minutes. Remove from heat and add berries and leaves. Steep ten more minutes. Strain thoroughly. Drink two to three cups daily for comprehensive hormonal support.

Cautions: May interact with hormonal medications including birth control and hormone replacement therapy. Licorice may raise blood pressure. Consult healthcare provider before use especially if taking any medications. Not for use during pregnancy. Allow eight to twelve weeks for full effects.

"This little gem located on Jamaica Ave is a must go to store. Such a variety of selections for any and every type of ailment you may be experiencing. The clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the shop. Variety of spiritual items as well as herbs, tinctures, incense, powders, books, crystals, etc. Most herbs are sold by ounces. So far this is the only herb shop that had goldenseal left.
