DIRECTIONS
Take 1 tablespoon (15ml) twice daily before meals. If frequent stool results, reduce to half dosage (½ Tbsp). Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening and use within 2 weeks.

The clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the shop. Variety of spiritual items as well as herbs, tinctures, incense, powders, books, crystals, etc. Most herbs are sold by ounces. So far this is the only herb shop that had goldenseal left.
