Directions
Take 2 capsules at bedtime with full glass of water. Start with 1 capsule for first 3 days. Use 7-14 days, then stop 1 week. Drink 8+ glasses water daily.

The clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the shop. Variety of spiritual items as well as herbs, tinctures, incense, powders, books, crystals, etc. Most herbs are sold by ounces. So far this is the only herb shop that had goldenseal left.
