Directions for use: Adults: Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons into 8 ounces of water, juice, smoothie, or food once or twice daily. Start with a smaller dose and gradually increase as tolerated. Best taken with food for optimal absorption. Add powder to liquid first, then stir vigorously or shake in a closed container. May blend in blender for smoothest consistency. Powder may settle, stir before drinking. Can be mixed with honey or maple syrup for enhanced taste. Excellent in berry smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, or protein shakes.

"This little gem located on Jamaica Ave is a must go to store. Such a variety of selections for any and every type of ailment you may be experiencing. The clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in the shop. Variety of spiritual items as well as herbs, tinctures, incense, powders, books, crystals, etc. Most herbs are sold by ounces. So far this is the only herb shop that had goldenseal left. Due to allergy season, it's kind of hard to find. Love this store. I will be going back very soon."
